The Service is not directed to children under 13.

2. Description of the Service

Jumpseat is a social flight tracking and travel community platform that may allow users to:

create profiles;

add and manage flight and travel-related information;

follow or connect with other users;

share posts, stories, reviews, and other user-generated content;

participate in communities, discussions, and events; and

access other features we may introduce from time to time.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Accounts

We may offer some parts of the Service without requiring you to identify yourself directly, but certain features may require account registration or additional profile information.

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We may refuse registration, reclaim usernames, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or may harm the Service, our users, or third parties.

4. Social and Flight Information

Jumpseat may display flight-related, itinerary-related, location-related, airport-related, and community-generated information. Such information may come from you, other users, service providers, or other third-party sources.

You understand and agree that:

flight and travel information may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate;

the Service is provided for informational and social purposes only;

the Service is not an air traffic control, safety-critical, operational dispatch, emergency, insurance, or official travel advisory service; and

you must not rely on the Service as the sole source for flight operations, safety decisions, airport access, immigration, security, check-in, boarding, claims, insurance, or time-critical travel decisions.

Always verify important travel information with airlines, airports, official authorities, insurers, and other authoritative sources.

We may modify, limit, or discontinue any public data, tracking, feed, or informational feature at any time.

5. User Content

The Service may allow you to post, upload, submit, publish, display, or share content, including text, photos, videos, usernames, profile information, reviews, comments, stories, event-related information, and travel or flight-related details (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, perform, distribute, and otherwise use that User Content as necessary to operate, provide, improve, promote, and protect the Service.

This license ends within a commercially reasonable period after your User Content is deleted from the Service, except to the extent that:

your content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it;

we need to retain it for legal, security, compliance, backup, or evidentiary purposes; or

limited copies remain in backup systems for a temporary period.

6. Visibility of Content and Travel Information

Because Jumpseat includes social features, content you share may be visible to other users depending on your settings and the design of the relevant feature. This may include profile information, flight activity, travel-related posts, comments, reviews, connections, or event participation.

You are responsible for deciding what you share. Do not post personal, sensitive, or third-party information that you do not want disclosed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You also agree not to use the Service in ways that place unreasonable load on our systems, abuse data access, or use the Service for unintended high-volume monitoring, scraping, or resource-intensive activity.

post false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive travel or identity information;

impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation;

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor the Service and review, remove, restrict, block, or delete any User Content or account that we believe violates these Terms, creates risk, or may harm the Service, our users, or third parties.

We may suspend, limit, or refuse service to any user, account, device, or integration at any time where we reasonably believe this is necessary to prevent abuse, unauthorized access, excessive automated use, legal exposure, safety risks, or harm to the Service or others.

We may also preserve and disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce these Terms, detect or prevent fraud or security issues, investigate misconduct, or protect rights, property, and safety.

12. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, compilations, and other content provided by us, is owned by or licensed to Altitute and is protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws.

Except for the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

13. Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, or feature requests, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, transferable, royalty-free right to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

SGD 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
